Job Description

JOB SCOPE
1.Manage and Support B2C Online backend - Platforms & Website.

2.Manage Ecommerce Transfer stock & Ecommerce Customer Service.

3.Assist B2B's CRF Issue from sales persons with warehouse.

4.Generate YTD and Monthly Sales Report.

5.Provide assistance for day to day operation and event.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.a) Sorting and billing invoices from the sales report sent for all the marketplaces

1.b) Helps to monitor and process in 3pl warehouse system(QianYi) to check order status and inventory.

1.c) Assist for Inbound stock, items creation and matching Items in 3pl system for Ecommerce.

1.d) Checking on the return parcels from B2C's customer to proceed for capture correctly in GP system.

2.a) Manages transfer stock for Ecommerce by weekly.

2.b) Handling Ecom customer service for any enquiry for faulty or defect units. Helps to arrange for exchange process.  

3.a) Assist whenever salesperson raise an issue regarding short supply, over supply or wrong item.

3.b) Helps to check with respective warehouse involve when issue raise and proceed for the next process.

4.a) To provide monthly YTD yearly report to the management whenever is required. 

4.b) Ensuring all data in the report is accurate.

5 a) Assist and provide backup for B2B sales order when is needed.

5.b) assist the superior in day to day operation when help needed.

5.c) Compulsary get involved in the Baby Expo event.


Job Requirements

🛠 Technical Skills

  • ERP systems (e.g., GP system).
  • 3PL warehouse software (QianYi).
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
  • Customer service tools (email, chat, CRM systems).
