Job Description

Job Purpose

To grow the brand’s visibility and sales through TikTok content creation, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing campaigns. This role combines creative content management with performance-driven affiliate tracking and community building.

Key Responsibilities

1. TikTok Account Management

  • Plan, create, and post engaging TikTok videos aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
     
  • Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, audio, and viral challenges that suit mums, babies, and lifestyle audiences.
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, retail) to produce content with brand consistency.
     
  • Monitor and reply to comments, DMs, and user engagement professionally.
     
  • Analyze video performance, follower growth, and conversion metrics weekly.
     

2. Affiliate Program Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners (mums, KOLs, micro influencers, content creators).
     
  • Provide them with samples, promo codes, and brand materials.
     
  • Track affiliate activities, performance, and sales using internal dashboards or affiliate software.
     
  • Ensure affiliates meet agreed posting and content requirements.
     
  • Manage payout lists and reports for affiliate commissions.
     
  • Brainstorm and implement monthly challenges or incentives to motivate affiliates.
     

3. Campaign & Content Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams for campaign alignment.
     
  • Prepare monthly content calendars for both TikTok and affiliates.
     
  • Support product launches, events, and fairs through TikTok Live, stories, or collabs.
     
  • Identify and propose partnerships with trending creators in the mum & baby niche.
     

4. Reporting

  • Weekly report on TikTok metrics: views, engagement rate, followers, best-performing content.
     
  • Monthly report on affiliate performance: number of active affiliates, conversions, top performers, ROI.
     


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture and short-form video storytelling.
     
  • Confident in front of the camera (bonus) or able to coordinate talents.
     
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or TikTok editor).
     
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
     
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
     
  • Passionate about mum, baby, or lifestyle content.
     

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation.
     
  • Experience managing affiliates, KOLs, or online communities.
     
  • Familiar with Shopify, Respond.io, or affiliate tracking tools (advantage).
