Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or higher from any reputable universities
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT industry of which 3 years are in Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Solution Architect related roles in vendor or consulting environment
- Skills in modelling language such as UML and BPMN is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Excellent skills in consultative engagement approach with clients
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, and documentation writing skills in English.
- Passionate and possess strong business acumen, have strategic thinking ability in business technology impacts and to ‘Think Technical/Technology but Speak and Write Business language’.
- Excellent communication skills in articulating information to various organization levels (from users to C-levels) and have the ability to be actively involved in high-profile consultation engagements.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to lead and guide team
- Independent, results-oriented and self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and possess a strong passion to learn/re-learn
- Ability to develop partnerships, customer intimacy and relationships with key stakeholders
