🚀 What You’ll Lead
- Set the tech direction. Design and build our AI chatbots, automation bots, and web apps.
- Plan the work. Break big goals into weekly tasks and move code from “branch” to “live” without delays.
- Guide the team. Review code, fix mistakes, and teach junior and mid-level devs better habits.
- Connect the dots. Hook up APIs, payment systems, and cloud services so everything works together.
- Code with us. Jump in when it’s busy—find bugs, speed things up, and tune AI prompts.
- Keep us on track. Watch deadlines, control tech debt, and make sure we deliver without burnout.
Job Requirements
🎯 Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years coding full-time.
- Full-stack comfort.
- Chatbot & AI hands-on.
- Strong CS basics.
- Lead by doing.
- Problem-solver mindset. “Can’t” isn’t an answer; you dig until it works.
- Git discipline. Clean branches, clear commits, smooth merges.
- Cloud & DevOps.
