<p>Our roots can be traced back to 15 March 1907 where The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was founded and mainly cultivated rubber at Bukit Hitam Estate, Selangor.</p>
<p>On 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its principal activities included rubber and oil palm plantations, and property development encompassing homes, commercial units and industrial buildings. Celebrating a century of achievements in 2007, we adopted a new name, TAHPS Group Berhad.</p>

<p><div class="our-journey"> <div class="our-journey__text pb-5"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <p><b>Scope of Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Responsible and to assist the Property Management department for the overall management and operations of Central Support team including delivery of professional services to all operations related to properties under the care of Property Management department.</li> </ul> <p><b>Primary Duties:</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Plan, strategize, implement and organize work for all section in Central Support.</li> <li>Prepare timely management report and analysis on activities/implementations to the Senior Manager, Property Management.</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments on the process of handling over of vacant possessions, rectification works and other related work.</li> <li>Manage all strata properties; calculate the amount and rates of maintenance charges and sinking fund, to initiate the formation of JMS and MC: maintain Company properties, relevant infrastructure and landscape.</li> <li>Review, revise and implement appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for the Department.</li> <li>Plan, develop and maintain landscape for all properties including the assurance of overall township cleanliness and beautification. </li> <li>Prepare and manage operating budget effectively.</li> <li>Devise preventative maintenance plans and ensure Maintenance schedule are carried out.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Liaise with Project Department to ensure contractors attend to all outstanding building defects and follow up the rectification work progress with stipulated timeline.</li> <li>Liaise and maintain good rapport with Joint Management committees, Resident Associations, Contractors, Authorities, and Property Owners to address all matters arising. Attend meetings, discussion on complaints by owners, JMC and RA.</li> <li>Ensure adherence of procedures by subordinates and/or appointed third-party person(s) in performing responsibly with great discipline in a harmonious environment.</li> <li>Ensure all works are satisfactorily carried out by subordinates and conforming to directives so as to upkeep the image of the company.</li> <li>Ensure timely billing and collection of maintenance fees.</li> <li>Ensure prompt payment of utility bills in all common areas to avoid service interruption.</li> <li>Ensure services provided by contractors are satisfactorily carried out.</li> <li>Ensure all complaints are attended to promptly to the satisfaction of the parties concerned.</li> <li>Ensure proper management and maintenance of Property Management System. </li> <li>Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div></p>
