Job Summary

As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Your primary goal is to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that IT solutions meet the functional needs of the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering business needs through interviews, workshops, and shadowing.
• Documentation: Create clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams like Figma
• Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between non-technical departments and development teams.
• Testing Support: Help develop test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product aligns with initial requirements.
• Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or basic SQL to analyze data patterns and support decision-making.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 year of professional experience in an IT or business-related environment 
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. 
• Professional fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking client base.
