You shall be given Handheld (HH) &amp; Printer Devices in which you have to maintain as per following:-</p> <p>a) Handheld &amp; printer to be kept in the designated pigeon hole.</p> <p>b) Mandatory to charge these devices on daily basis.</p> <p>c) Check battery level of both devices before heading out for sales.</p> <p>d) Paper rolls to be obtained from branch office.</p> <p>e) Empty plastic cores to be retained &amp; handed over to branch.</p> <p>f) Only “Stylus” is allowed to be used when scrolling the handheld screen.</p> <p>g) Mandatory to keep handheld &amp; printer at hotel room during outstation visit.</p> <p>2. You are to be at loading area &amp; submit stock request to Loading Head by 7.30am each day, for the following:-</p> <p>a) Unload &amp; arrange stocks on the pallets as per company’s requirement.</p> <p>b) Ensure returned stocks are segregated &amp; displayed separately.</p> <p>c) Check &amp; load the final quantity into respective vehicle before heading out for sales.</p> <p>d) Ensure acknowledged copy of “Verification Report” is handed to respective Branch Manager/Executive.</p> <p>3. Sales trip:-</p> <p>a) You are to adhere and follow the routing in handheld and have to visit all customers as per schedule.</p> <p>b) Mandatory to follow“7 Steps” when conducting sales transaction:- i. Greet customer &amp; scan barcode ii. Check stock &amp; return iii. Take order iv. Deliver stock v. Collection vi. Merchandising vii. Thank customer &amp; log out handheld</p> <p>c) Copy of Tax Invoice, Receipt &amp; Goods Return Note to be retained for submission.</p> <p>d) “Goods Return Note” must have customer’s rubber stamp.</p> <p>e) Customer complaints &amp; tele-orders are to be attended to within 24 hours.</p> <p>f) When directed/required, you are to stay overnight when going out for sales.</p> <p>4. Sales Collection (cash and/or cheque):-</p> <p>a) Cash collection for the day must be deposited into company’s account not less than twice in a day.</p> <p>b) Bank in slip to be retained &amp; surrendered to Branch Executive along with other reports upon submission.</p> <p>c) Discrepancies &amp; shortages of stocks or cash are to be borne by salesman.</p> <p>d) Using company’s money for personal use is deemed serious offence &amp; chargeable under Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT). e) Credit, cheque, 3rd party cheque facilities must be sanctioned by management.</p> <p>5. General:-</p> <p>a) Ensure your personal grooming is presentable e.g. clean shaven, uniforms are ironed &amp; use black shoes, ensure clipped and well-groomed fingernails, etc.</p> <p>b) Any summons, incidents &amp; accidents sustained on the vehicle assigned to you must be reported immediately to supervisor.</p> <p>c) Strictly not allowed to ferry any other items or products other than our company’s products.</p> <p>d) Consumption of banned substance i.e. liquors, drug etc. during working hours constitutes a serious offence.</p> <p> Duties: Driver / Relief Driver</p> <p>1. Replace driver in the event of driver absence or if/when the need arises for sales trip.</p> <p>2. To adhere to the rules of driving by driving within the speed limits, proper parking, etc. as the company won’t reimburse any summons.</p> <p>3. Company assigned lorry to be driven by you alone &amp; not others.</p> <p>4. Any summons, incidents &amp; accidents sustained on the vehicle assigned to you must be reported immediately to supervisor.</p> <p>5. Strictly not allowed to ferry any other items or products other than our company’s products.</p> <p>6.
