Job Description

  Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a team that is at the forefront of retail customer loyalty and e-Wallet
  • You will be managing Malaysia’s first and only successfully multi-merchant shopper loyalty programme and e-Wallet
  • Liaising and networking with Merchants
  • Organizing, planning and executing promotions or events for loyalty programme or eWallet
  • To develop more ideas and strategy for eWallet usage and involve in enhancement of existing e-Wallet in UI/UX 
  • Assisting and promoting Merchants via offers and collaborations
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing data and results for all promotions/campaigns
  • Participate in all on-ground events, promotions and roadshows, if any.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Must hold a Diploma / Degree in a marketing related field
  • 1 – 2 years working experience in marketing, loyalty program or e-Wallet 
  • Understand the business requirements and UI/UX of mobile application (Android/IOS) will be an advantage
  • Must be passionate, creative, meticulous and tech savvy
  • Innovative mindset and eager to learn new technologies
  • Flexibility to learn new systems as needed and ability to multi-task
  • Organized with strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment requiring high degree of deadline driven productivity, commitment, teamwork, adaptability and communication
  • Willing to work on weekends, if requires
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
