Job Description

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and presentations for    property development projects.
  • Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings for concept design and client presentations.
  • Work closely with the senior architect and project team to translate project requirements into creative, feasible design solutions.
  • Support design coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction to ensure design compliance.
  • Assist in planning applications, authority submissions, and technical documentation.
  • Research and propose materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to each project.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all design files are updated and organized.
  • Attend design meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (LAM Part I)
  • 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in property development or mixed-use projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with BIM is an advantage.
  • Strong design sensibility and a good understanding of planning, building codes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
