Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at U Mall, based in Taman Universiti Johor, this full-time role will see you play a key part in the smooth running and operations of our residential and commercial properties.
What you'll be doing
- Perform daily building maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing and water systems.
- Service and monitor air-conditioning systems.
- Carry out structural, carpentry, and painting works when required.
- Ensure upkeep of mall exterior and common areas.
- Provide safety and emergency support during incidents or power failures.
Job Requirements
- Possess PW4/PW2 Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and building systems.
- Willing to work on shift rotation, including weekends or public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and willing to perform standby or overtime duties if needed.
