Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Officer to join the team at BCB Heights Sdn Bhd. Based in Taman Universiti Johor, this full-time role will see you play a key part in the smooth running and operations of our residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day property management activities including maintenance, repairs, and improvements
  • Liaising with tenants, owners, and contractors to address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets, financial reports, and rental collection
  • Ensuring all properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of property maintenance staff
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the value and appeal of our properties
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with all stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a property management or real estate administration role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of property-related laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
