Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Admin to join our team at BCB Development Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our construction site.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and maintaining site documentation, including permits, contracts, and project plans
  • Providing administrative support to the site management team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, such as subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution
  • Assisting with the management of site resources, including inventory, equipment, and personnel

  • Providing general office support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organising travel arrangements

Job Requirements
