Job Scope

• To plan and carry out all Early Intervention Programme (EIP) related operational activities i.e.
  - Deligate tasks to the Interventionists and Interventionist Assistants.
  - Lead classes with teacher to student ratio of 1:3.
  - Support Interventionists’ classes as needed.
  - Document progression and report writing.
  - Verify Interventionists’ reports.
  - Discuss, prepare, carry out and revise IEP plan.
  - Particiapate parent-teacher meeting.
  - Regular case discussion with the Interventionists & Interventionist Assistants.
  - Prepare and revise activity outline for EIP curriculum.
  - Discuss activity outlines with teachers.
  - Enhance classroom management.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in educating children with developmental disorders or disabilities.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or equivalance.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Collaborative team member. 
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
• Effective communication with parents caregivers and healthcare professionals.
