Job Description

1.Cold Calling & Outreach

• Proactively reach out to potential corporate clients, HR teams, and event organizers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Confidently introduce Bomb Battle’s offerings, understand client needs, and pitch suitable team-building or event solutions.

2.Lead Management & CRM Tracking

• Update and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools or internal trackers.
• Record call notes, follow-up actions, and response statuses with accuracy.

3.Pitching & Proposal Support

• Assist in preparing and customizing sales proposals, intro decks, and pricing packages for corporate clients.
• Attend selected sales meetings or calls with senior sales staff for learning and exposure.

1. Sales Strategy Execution

• Support outreach campaigns for seasonal sales pushes 
• Suggest ideas to improve lead conversion based on call feedback.

5.Market Research

• Identify new industries or business clusters for outreach 
• Research contact details, company background, and HR decision-makers to support sales prospecting.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a Business, Marketing, or Communication degree/diploma
• Confident communicator and not afraid to cold call or present
• Passion for people, events, and building client relationships
• Fluent in English (extra languages are a bonus!)
