JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Digital Sales &amp; Product Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing product data, supporting digital sales and marketing initiatives, and utilizing data analytics to drive business insights. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to digital sales, content management, and analytical reporting, preparing you for a future career in this dynamic field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
<ins>Content Management:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining accurate tour product (SKU) data across various OTA platforms.</li>
<li>Help optimize product listings—including descriptions, images, and metadata—to enhance online visibility and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with OTA guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital channels.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Digital Sales &amp; Marketing Support:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaign execution and monitor performance.</li>
<li>Assist in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends from OTA platforms to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue performance.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to generate regular reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies or issues within product data and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Contribute actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance content and marketing efforts.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with product management, marketing, and IT teams to support product data integrity.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, OTA platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.</li>
</ul>
