We are looking for a hands-on Digital & Events Marketing Specialist to support our marketing transformation. This is an operational, execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing
● Maintain and segment customer databases in HubSpot (primary CRM) while ensuring full compliance with PDPA and GDPR.
● Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences.
● Monitor and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) using HubSpot dashboards and Excel.
Marketing Automation
● Assist in creating and optimizing automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead scoring, trigger-based emails).
● Support integration between HubSpot and other tools; troubleshoot basic workflow issues.
● Regularly audit automated processes and suggest small improvements.
Physical Events Coordination (Southeast Asia)
● Handle end-to-end logistics for workshops, partner events, trade shows, and executive roundtables (venue sourcing, vendor management, budget tracking).
● Manage event registration, personalized invitations via HubSpot, and post-event follow-ups.
● Provide on-site support (set-up, registration desk, materials) and regional travel as required (approximately 15–25% travel).
General Support
● Schedule social media posts and perform minor website updates (WordPress).
● Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate with sales and product teams.
● Contribute to the gradual reduction of outsourced marketing activities.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
● 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM/email marketing, or event coordination.
● Hands-on experience with HubSpot (strongly preferred) or similar platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Marketo).
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of marketing automation concepts.
● Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Strong written and spoken English; additional Southeast Asian language is a plus.
● Comfortable with regional travel and occasional overtime during events.
● Proactive team player who enjoys a supportive, non-strategic role.
What We Offer
● Direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership in a flat, fast-moving organization.
● Opportunity to build in-house marketing capabilities from the ground up.
● Professional development budget for relevant certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics, event management, etc.).
● Competitive salary and standard benefits.
