Job Description

The Head of Finance is responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role ensures the company’s financial stability, supports strategic decision-making, and leads the finance team in achieving business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. 

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management. 

Risk Management & Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. 

Cash Flow & Cost Management:

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs. Implement cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiencies. 

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support financial decision-making. 

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies. Provide financial insights to the board and executive leadership

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
   
• Strong leadership and management skills.
   
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management.
   
• Knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance.
   
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
