Website & Software Operations
- Handle adhoc website updates and content changes via CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Assist with basic frontend/backend website management and troubleshooting
- Support ongoing website maintenance and ensure tasks are tracked properly
- Monitor project progress and prepare status or maintenance reports when required
QA & Testing
- Perform website and system testing across desktop and mobile devices
- Identify, document, and report bugs or UI/UX issues clearly to developers
- Conduct pre-launch checks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Assist in verifying fixes and updates after deployment
🔧 Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS & vanilla JavaScript
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into responsive, mobile-friendly layouts
- Build pages as modular, reusable sections that merchants can maintain themselves
- Debug layouts, fix styling issues, and improve page performance
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Help hand over completed projects and train clients to use their store
- Work closely with designers & external vendors
- Deliver tasks within agreed timelines
Job Requirements
- Malaysian candidates only
- Experience and strong understanding with vibe coding and AI
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design (Flexbox, Grid)
- Comfortable reading and building from Figma designs
- Good communication and project management skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on time
- Takes ownership — asks questions, flags issues early, and follows projects through
- Fresh graduates or juniors (0–3 year experience) are encouraged to apply
