✅ 5+ years of experience in HR, operations, or a similar leadership role (ideally in a remote-first or agency environment).
✅ Proven experience in talent acquisition – you should be comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
✅ Strong operational and project management skills – experience using tools like Monday.com, Slack, Google Sheets, TimeCamp, and other workflow automation tools.
✅ Excellent organizational skills – ability to enforce accountability and track team progress without micromanaging.
✅ Experience handling employee engagement and performance management – including biannual reviews, retention strategies, and onboarding programs.
✅ Process-driven mindset – ability to design, implement, and optimize operational processes that scale.
✅ Tech-savvy and adaptable – able to quickly learn and implement new tools like Calendly, budget monitoring tools, and forecasting models.
✅ Strong communication skills – clear, direct, and able to collaborate with different teams across various countries.
✅ A no-nonsense, results-oriented mindset – you take ownership, get things done, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
➕ Experience in a marketing agency, consultancy, or fast-growing startup.
➕ Understanding of Singapore/Malaysia employment laws and HR best practices.
➕ Experience working with finance teams or developers to implement operational tools.
