We're in the business of providing digital marketing services to companies in the B2B, education, and finance sector. Our work helps our clients to either grow their businesses or impact their communication channels more effectively.

I've been in this line of business long enough to know that most marketing agencies are operating on a broken model. If you've been in a marketing agency before or know someone who worked in an agency, they would tell you that the work hours are arduously long, and there's a never-ending need to bend over backward for every client request.
But you may be delighted to know that we've flipped the entire business model of an agency. I take a lot of pride in knowing that we're unconventional, slightly controversial, unique, and above all, useful.
For starters, we've become a 100% remote company. Yet, we get more sh*t done than ever before. Clients love that about us, and our people love working here because of that ability to work independently while being part of a team.

<h2>Job Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing</h2>
You’ll wear multiple hats across HR, operations, and special projects to ensure Brew runs like a well-oiled machine. This isn’t just an administrative role – it’s a high-impact leadership role that will influence how we hire, onboard, manage, and optimise our people and processes.
<h3>HR &amp; Talent Acquisition</h3>
<ul>
<li>Always be recruiting – constantly building a pipeline of top-tier Performance Marketers, Project Leads, Account Directors, and Designers (even if there are no open roles).</li>
<li>Own the end-to-end hiring process – from first-round interviews to reference checks, negotiating offers, and making the final hire recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure top talent retention by running biannual appraisals and crafting employee growth plans.</li>
<li>Enforce work-hour tracking and task updates on our softwares – ensuring full accountability across the team.</li>
<li>Plan monthly team meetups to maintain team cohesion and collaboration.</li>
<li>Offboarding: Ensure all accounts and access are properly decommissioned for departing staff.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Operations &amp; Process Optimization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Seamless onboarding for new hires – ensuring they set up and integrate into our tech stack smoothly (eg. Slack, Monday.com, etc.).</li>
<li>Work with internal staff to track client renewals and ensure accurate Monday.com &amp; internal sheet updates.</li>
<li>Onboard new clients – setting up workflows, Slack channels, and project boards.</li>
<li>Generate monthly renewal reports and keep leadership updated.</li>
<li>Manage client offboarding – sending surveys, closing project accounts, and streamlining documentation.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Special Projects &amp; Business Optimization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of an internal budget monitoring tool (working with finance &amp; developers).</li>
<li>Build a bandwidth forecasting model to help leadership allocate resources effectively for upcoming projects.</li>
<li>Roll out and implement new tech tools across the company, ensuring adoption (e.g., Calendly for scheduling).</li>
