<p>Brighttail is seeking a dedicated, self-driven <strong>Personal Assistant</strong> with strong communication skills to jointly support our Director of Strategy and Senior Manager of Project Management. In this position, you’ll be a key contributor to projects that drive agency growth, ensure client success, and strengthen team collaboration and morale.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of consistently achieving results in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment. This position requires a highly organized multitasker who can work under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as be highly flexible with the changes throughout the day. This team member must also be a clear communicator with good writing skills. You will be privy to highly confidential information and must display the utmost integrity, discretion, and professionalism.</p>

<p>As our Director of Strategy and Senior Manager of Project Management work with US and Europe clients, the candidate will work a daily 8 hour shift of Monday through Thursday: (MYT) 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm (5 hours) and 9:00 pm to 12:00 am (3 hours) and Friday: (MYT) 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (normal work day).</p>

<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the point of contact between the Director and Senior Manager, their staff, and external contacts and clients</li>
<li>Organize the calendar and the daily business &amp; personal life of the Director and Senior Manager</li>
<li>Attend meetings, manage agendas, take notes, and facilitate meeting deliverables</li>
<li>Receive, screen, and respond to personal communications in coordination with the Director and Senior Manager or on their behalf</li>
<li>Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items</li>
<li>Help Director and Senior Manager stay on track for all action items</li>
<li>Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and briefs</li>
<li>Provide a wide range of operational support and assist with special projects as they arise</li>
<li>Implement communication strategies across the department</li>
<li>Conduct ad hoc research on vendors, products, experiences, and other personal items</li>
<li>Get bids for services and perform cost analysis to secure best value</li>
<li>Plan and attend events, including lunches and social gatherings/activities, to cultivate an inclusive and friendly culture within the agency</li>
<li>Assist with miscellaneous office management tasks</li>
<li>Complete projects as assigned</li>
