🚀 What You’ll Be Up To | 你的实习任务

🔍 Market Research / 市场研究
Assist in researching relevant industries, market trends, competitors, and periodically collecting useful market data and insights.
协助进行相关行业、市场趋势及竞争对手研究，并定期收集与整理市场数据及资讯。

💡 Digital Content & Campaign Ideas / 数码内容与创意策划
Develop content ideas for digital campaigns based on data analysis and support the implementation of campaign activities.
根据数据分析提出数码营销活动的内容创意，并协助执行相关活动。

📱 Social Media & Content Creation / 社交媒体与内容创作
Monitor social media channels, keep an eye on trending topics, and support content creation — including video production/editing and basic design work.
协助管理及观察社交媒体平台与热门趋势，并参与内容创作，包括影片拍摄/剪辑及基本设计工作。

🌟 KOL & Influencer Research / KOL与网红研究
Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across different industries for campaigns and collaborations.
研究并发掘不同领域具有潜力的 KOL及网红，协助品牌进行推广与合作。

📋 Influencer Database & Project Support / 网红资料库与项目支援
Assist in building and maintaining the influencer database, as well as preparing and organising campaign and project-related documents.
协助建立及更新网红资料库，并整理营销活动及项目相关文件。

👥 Team Collaboration / 团队协作
Collaborate with Project Specialists and the Sales team to complete assigned tasks and support the smooth execution of projects.
与项目专员及销售团队紧密合作，完成指定任务并协助项目顺利执行。

🛠️ Ad-hoc Support / 其他任务
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. If you have skills in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or other creative tools, that’s definitely a plus!
完成主管指派的其他任务；如果你会使用 Canva、Photoshop、CapCut 或其他创意工具，绝对是加分项！

We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone who’s curious, organized, creative, and eager to learn and grow with us.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• 🎓 Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Media, or a related field.
  正在修读市场营销、数字营销、商业、传播、大众传播、多媒体设计、媒体或相关科系的大专或大学生。
• 📱 Have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and influencer/KOL marketing.
  对数字营销、社交媒体、内容创作及 KOL / 网红营销有浓厚兴趣。
• 💬 Have good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
• ✨ Are organized, responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  做事细心有条理、有责任感、积极主动，并愿意尝试新事物。
• 💡 Are analytical and creative, with a willingness to learn and explore new ideas.
  具备分析能力与创意思维，并乐于学习及探索新想法。
• 🚀 Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  喜欢在快节奏、重视团队合作且充满活力的环境中工作。
• 📅 Are available for an internship of at least 3 months.
  可参与至少 3个月 的实习。
• 🎨 Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, video editing, or other content creation tools will be an added advantage.
