About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to help businesses grow with the right strategies. This is a consultative sales role—you will not just sell, but work with clients to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions.

You’ll have the support of internal lead generation, a creative team, and a campaign delivery team, so you can focus on what matters most—building relationships and closing meaningful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage, qualify, and nurture warm leads, supplement with strategic outreach and event networking. 
• Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored digital-marketing solutions that drive measurable results. 
• Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and ROI projections to decision-makers. 
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. 
• Partner with internal marketing and operations teams for seamless campaign execution. 
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
• Provide timely forecasts and insights to the Sales Manager / General Manager. 
• Stay on top of digital-marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. 
• 1+ years in sales or business development—ideally within digital marketing, media, creative. 
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proven ability to uncover client needs and align them with ROI-focused solutions. 
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented; comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally. 
• Familiarity with advertisement in Meta, Google, XHS, TikTok, influencer marketing, or related tools is a plus.
