An exhilarating opportunity has emerged for an Executive, Service Delivery to join the team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This contract position is crucial in bolstering the overall service delivery operations of the organization.**

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily service delivery operations to guarantee efficient and prompt service to customers.
• Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery processes.
• Tracking and analyzing service delivery performance metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
• Offering administrative assistance for the service delivery function, encompassing documentation, scheduling, and record management.
• Aiding in the rollout of new service delivery initiatives and process improvements.
• Carrying out additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the comprehensive service delivery function.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or service delivery role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively.  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.  
• Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.  
• Willingness to deliver presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Must have personal transportation for travel purposes.
