A Journal Review Financial Analyst supports and is responsible for all financial aspects of the BSO function, driving continuous improvement objectives and ensures SLA & Business KPIs, SOX Compliance are met.

• Performing GL journal entry review to ensure it is in line with SOX requirement in accordance to journal type / nature.
• Verify and justify all numbers against the source documents.
• Ensure journal entry is posted accurately to the correct GL account by its nature.
• All journal to be reviewed within the agreed turnaround time.
• Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations.
• Manage / monitor query resolution related to journal entry.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

• At least 2 years' experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline and longer working hours during month-end close.

• Proficiency in English.
• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
