Responsibilities: To develop and produce engaging written, visual and video content for our website, social media platforms, blogs and email campaigns; to creating posts that align with our brands voice and driving audience engagement; to monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly; to monitor and evaluate the performance of content across channels; use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of future content; to research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive. <ul><li>Diploma/Bachelors degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above.</li><li>Excellent in writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc)</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).</li><li>Strong conceptual skills with a passion for creating unique visual solutions.</li><li>Good communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented and high dedication.</li><li>Have a solid portfolio of design work.</li></ul>
