Job Description

 We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive who is familiar with online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing strategies to enhance product exposure and drive sales. Teamwork and collaboration are key components of this role. 

• Maintain and update online stores on platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy, etc., including web page design, photo updates, and copywriting.
• Ensure smooth ecommerce operation and proactively work with website technical teams and ecommerce platform agents to address any issues with the site/platforms.
• Create and manage regular blog posts for SEO and send targeted email newsletters to subscribers.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries across various platforms.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost product visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize online product listings to maximize sales.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly with online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
