<li>Negotiate with customer to make repayment arrangement.</li>
<li>Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment issues.</li>
<li>Ensure the accounts are follow up completely and in timely manner.</li>
<li>To achieve monthly collection target set by the company.</li>
<li>Possess excellent customer orientation skills.</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.</li>

This job is a Telecollector, where you&#x27;ll call customers about their payments and help them set up repayment plans. You might like this job because you enjoy helping people while also meeting targets. Strong communication skills are key!
