Job Description
- Assist in preparing and maintaining of filling for company documents for management.
- Assist operations and documentation support for Admin.
- To handle any other task assigned by Manager from time to time.
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment and support multiple purchasing initiatives.
- Assist to arrange the goods to courier/transporter to pick up.
- Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure product and stocks are constantly updated.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Administration/Business Admin/HR or equivalent.
- Able to start in Oct/Nov 2023 until Feb/Mar 2024 (4 months).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizing skills.
- Can speak and write well in both Malay & English.
- Computer literate.
- Posses own transport.
