Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee support.
• Help post job openings, screen résumés, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates in a professional manner.
• Maintain organized and accurate HR records, documents, and data in HR systems while learning proper compliance practices.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and helping coordinate logistics.
• Perform any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about HR and working with people
• Proactive, positive and willing to learn
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
