Job Description

 -Assist the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for on-going projects and tender.

-Assist in remeasurement of variations due to design changes for structural and architectural elements.

-To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.

-To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.

-To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.

-To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.

-Utilize Glodon TAS, TRB, and BIM tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of quantity surveying tasks.

-To conduct frequent site visits.

- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or related fields in building or construction management.
•  Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Optimistic, keen to learn and growth.
• Applicants must be willing to work in site
