Job Description

• Assist in conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
   
• Support in investigating incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions and help propose preventive measures.
   
• Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote safe work practices among workers.
   
• Ensure site activities are carried out in line with relevant SHE regulations, company safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
   
• Help maintain proper records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and audit reports.
   
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to encourage a safety-first culture across all operations.
   
• Assist in the implementation of SHE procedures, emergency response drills, and safety campaigns.
   
• Provide general support to the Safety Department in day-to-day operations to meet project and organizational safety objectives.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HSE regulations and practices is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to intern for 3 months/6 months.
