Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Creative Director to support and execute Christy Ng’s overall creative vision across fashion collections, campaigns, digital platforms, and brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong fashion sensibility, trend awareness, and hands-on execution skills who is ready to grow into a senior creative leadership role.

Support the development and execution of seasonal creative direction for footwear, bags, and accessories.

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs (online, retail, campaigns, and collaborations).
• Conduct fashion trend research (colours, materials, silhouettes, styling, mood boards).
• Assist in concept development for new collections, campaigns, and special projects.
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure creative concepts are commercially viable.
• Lead and coordinate creative execution for photoshoots, videos, lookbooks, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with photographers, stylists, models, videographers, and retouchers.
• Oversee styling, set direction, props, mood, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on website visuals, social media content, digital ads and promotional materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
• Manage timelines, creative deliverables, and feedback cycles.
• Support ad-hoc creative requests related to branding, PR, retail visuals, and events.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Creative Direction, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 2–5 years experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail brands (agency or in-house).
• Experience in fashion campaigns, content creation, or brand visuals is essential.
• Strong eye for fashion styling, composition, colour, and aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of digital content, social media trends, and e-commerce visuals.
• Ability to create and present mood boards, creative decks, and concepts.
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and branding.
• Commercially aware – understands what sells, not just what looks good.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
