For instance:We empower our employees to manage their financial well-being and help them plan for the future.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.The KYC Operations Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to lead in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.In this role, you’re expected to: Understand new regulations and how they impact KYC OpsProvide credible challenge to AML when new requirements are proposedDraft KYC Ops procedures and guidance to ensure ease of executionProvide support, guidance and query management to KYC Operations analystsInteract with parent and subsidiary bankers and product sales and service on AML-related risk issuesCoordinate with account operations on account maintenance issuePrepare client-specific KYC-related analyses, as requiredHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team membersAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: 6-10 years of experienceBachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
