As a Junior Barista, staff are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages in accordance with café standards.

Scope of Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
<ul>
<li>Prepare beverages according to standard recipes</li>
<li>Operate coffee machines, grinders and related equipment correctly</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality</li>
</ul>
Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Greet customers politely and take orders accurately</li>
<li>Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally</li>
</ul>
Cleanliness &amp; Hygiene
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of bar area, machines, tools and workstations</li>
<li>Perform daily opening and closing cleaning duties</li>
<li>Comply with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards</li>
</ul>
Stock &amp; Inventory
<ul>
<li>Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and bar supplies</li>
<li>Assist with stock rotation and replenishment</li>
<li>Report low stock or equipment issues to supervisors</li>
</ul>
Work Conduct
<ul>
<li>Report to work on time and follow assigned schedules</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies, SOPs and workplace rules</li>

Food Preparation Support
