Job Description

  • Greeting, order taking and preparation: Welcoming guests, taking drink orders accurately, preparing and serving beverages promptly and with a smile. 
  • Providing Information: Answering customer questions about drinks, menu items, and promotions, and offering recommendations. 
  • Handling Complaints: Addressing customer concerns or issues, resolving them effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction. 
  • Building Relationships: Creating a positive rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Drink Counter Maintenance: Keeping the drink counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked and supplies. 
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Payment Processing: Handling cash and card transactions, processing payments accurately, and providing receipts to all customers. 
  • Following Procedures: Adhering to safety and hygiene standards. 
  • Collaboration: Working closely with all colleagues and management team to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Assisting: Helping with tasks like preparing ice, supplies or cleaning the drink counter area. 
  • Following Instructions: Being attentive to instructions from supervisors and other team members. 
  • Maintaining a Positive Attitude: Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. 
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Helping with tasks like setting up the drink counter, stocking supplies, or cleaning the area at the beginning or end of the shift. 
  • Cashier: Responsible as a cashier and ensuring that the total sales and petty cash in the drawer are correct.
  • Special Events: Assisting with events or promotions that require extra staff or specialized service. 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Freshie : Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Previous experience in F&B, cafes, or retail is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication (English/Bahasa Malaysia), ability to work as a team, and strong attention to detail for drink preparation.
  • Traits: Proactive, friendly, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays is usually required.   
  • Willing to work in these outlets : Alpha Angle (Wangsa Maju), IOI Mall Putrajaya, Mytown shopping centre (KL), AEON Maluri Cheras (KL), Central I-City (Shah Alam), AEON Shah Alam, AEON Bukit Raja (Klang), Toppen Shopping centre (JB) , Larkin Junction Mall (JB)
