<ins>Key Duties / Responsibilities:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the assigned interview session.</li>
<li>Facilitate interview scheduling/send out interview invitation as coordinated by TA employees, HRBP and hiring manager.</li>
<li>Provide backend support e.g. offer letter preparation, pre-employment medical voucher creation, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in pre-boarding process for new hires – send out welcome email to new hires and new employee notification to hiring manager and HRBP; prepare uniforms, onboarding kit, and request access card etc. for the new hires</li>
<li>Support in new employee’s P-File creation</li>
<li>Update and maintain data accuracy in all TA databases e.g. Hiring Tracker, New Joiner Listing, Laptop Tracker etc.</li>
<li>Contribute in Hiring Tracker makeover project – data cleaning and verifying</li>
<li>Participate in organizing company events and career fairs</li>
<li>Pitch in improvement ideas</li>
</ul>
