Job Description

🧴 Operations

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and couriers to ensure smooth deliveries and stock movement
• Update and track inventory levels, manage order supplies
• Monitor order fulfilment — make sure customer orders are packed, shipped, and delivered correctly
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to keep workflows running smoothly
• Handle documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and other related paperwork
   

📋 Administration

• Support day-to-day office operations (supplies, document management, etc.) 
• Prepare and process documents for HR and Finance — including claims, reports, and invoices
• Maintain an organised filing system (digital & physical) to ensure easy access to information

Job Requirements

• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Fresh graduates and students seeking internship placement are welcome to apply
• Has own mode of transport
