Job Description

  • Design and execute the Annual Brand Marketing Plan for campaigns, activations, events, promotions and menus so as to translate Sales and Marketing objectives into clear executable strategies. 
  • Coordinate with Operations and/or Outlet Managers for on-ground activations and events to ensure proper execution as well as collect feedback, ideas and advice so as to improve future activations and campaigns. 
  • Liaise with external marketing, PR or advertising agencies, providing them with clear briefs and timelines so as to deliver all work per requirements and within budget. 
  • Develop and update Corporate Brand Marketing policies to adequately protect the Brand’s image and position in the market, and ensure compliance from all corporate and licensee owned outlets. 
  • Supervise the Marketing and Creative team, setting goals, providing clarity on what is expected of them, and giving guidance when necessary. 
  • Manage the annual marketing Budget and ensure diligent distribution and investment. 
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day in-outlet collaterals and initiatives so as to ensure.
  • Compliance with marketing directives. 
  • Oversee the coordination for marketing collateral requisition and logistics so as to ensure.
  • All items and services are delivered efficiently, on time and on budget. 
  • Oversee the development of creative content to ensure all requests and briefs are delivered according to requirements and on time.
  • Oversee the management of customer relations via telephone hotline and digital media so as to maintain a high degree of efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Research and procure new products and merchandise that can be introduced or sold within outlets to drive sales or meet other marketing objectives. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market changes, trends and consumer behaviour so as to keep the brand current and drive it forward. 
  • To participate in new brand and outlet set-up.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / International Business/Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B/retail with proven and successful track records in merchandising. 
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies. Must be able to think out of the box. 
  • Willing to travel, must be self-organized and must be prepared to work within stringent deadlines. 
  • Confident, detail-minded, good communication skills and strong negotiation skills with vendors. 
  • Excellent follow up and persuasion skills. 
  • Able to work under tight schedule and with positive working attitude
