Your tasks
Project to be involve:
1. Job Description of blue collar - collaborate with IE department (to update latest JD using new format)
2. HR Bulletin - assist in creating template with Information to be share to all employees
To support with HR Admin tasks:
1. Support in Recruitment process
2. Support in documentation
3. Assist in administrative / HR system tasks as required
4. Assist in creating/edit template
5. e-Filing / Filing
To support other department. exp: Stock count for production team, monthly townhall, company events & etc.
Your profile
1. Currently doing Bachelors Degree in HR related fields.
2. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Canva, google form and etc.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Flexibility, energetic, eager to tackle new projects & ideas.
