We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to end HR process, from Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement to Talent Management and opportunity to lead small scale HR initiatives/projects.
Mission of the role
As an HRBP Intern, you will work closely with HR leaders and Market Malaysia business stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a people-centric approach to company success. Your role will be instrumental in supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
What you will learn and do
HR Strategy and Business Alignment - support HR BP in aligning HR initiatives with Business needs.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - assist in recruiting, assessment center logistic support and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building - help drive engagement programs, employee feedback initiatives and company events.
Performance Management - Participate in performance review cycles
HR Operations & Compliance - get hands on experience with HR policies, employee records, and compliance processes.
Learning and Talent Development- support training program, career development initiatives, and leadership workshops.
