<p>As a <strong>System Engineer</strong>, you will be part of a support team working on a <strong>24/7 shift rotation</strong>. You will provide both <strong>internal and external technical support</strong> to ensure systems and networks run smoothly.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and ensure the network runs at optimal performance</li>
<li>Support daily system operations and standby duties</li>
<li>Assist Senior System Engineers with weekly and monthly reports</li>
<li>Support network implementation projects</li>
<li>Work closely with the development and routing teams</li>
<li>Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer &amp; Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support via email, phone, online tools, and video calls</li>
<li>Handle customer issues professionally and promptly</li>
<li>Build and maintain good relationships with customers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>System &amp; Platform Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain systems and platforms according to company procedures</li>
<li>Ensure systems meet service level expectations</li>
<li>Follow escalation procedures when issues arise</li>
<li>Perform system backup, maintenance, monitoring, and health checks</li>
<li>Provide solutions or suggestions to senior engineers or management when needed<br></li>
</ul>
