Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in producing engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram). 

Creative thinkers with fresh ideas, who know the trends, have great editing skills an energetic, fun personality who aren't afraid to get a little crazy with creativity. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing content, including high-quality photos, short-form videos, optimized for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram & TikTok).
2. Manage end-to-end video content production, including planning, scripting, copywriting, filming, and editing.
3. Manage and maintain social media presence, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
4. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
5. Work closely with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas. Stay updated with current trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in creating social media content (e.g. TikTok and Instagram)
• Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva)
• Understand hooks, storytelling & basic marketing psychology
• Able to plan, create engaging video and development strategies across social media platforms.
• Confident, fun, bubbly & energetic on camera 
• Demonstrate proficiency in social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the marketing industry. Fresh grads with portfolio are welcome to apply, demonstrating a strong passion for content creation and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
