Are you passionate about Gen Z culture and building powerful brand partnerships? Join CRIT Malaysia, the Gen Z-driven media, events, and talent agency behind ACS Edu Tour and CRITFluence, as our next Business Development Executive. 

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in growing our brand, securing sponsorships, and turning big ideas into real-world collaborations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive revenue and brand partnerships across our flagship campaigns and creator network.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
   
• Developing and executing business strategies to expand CRIT Malaysia’s presence in the market.
   
• Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals—sponsorships, collaborations, and activations.
   
• Researching industry and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
   
• Working closely with content, marketing, and event teams to align partnership goals with campaign execution.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
• Passion for youth culture, creator economy, and the digital media space.
• Self-starter with high drive—able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with brands, agencies, event partnerships, insurance companies, or property agencies.
