- Handle basic online inquiries via WhatsApp or social media.
- Help arrange displays, restock items, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions and update inventory when needed.
- Support the team during promotions, events, or busy hours.
- Learn and apply basic crystal and gemstone knowledge.
Job Requirements
- SPM or equivalent.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
- Basic communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and retail hours.
- Willing to learn about crystals, gemstones, and product features.
