The main goal is to design high quality product experiences that solves customer problems and drive sustainable revenue. The Product Design Manager will lead a team of designers to create world-class user experiences across all CTOS’ product suite as determined by the General Manager of Product. The Product Design Manager is expected to take the ownership of the product design and be an active facilitator to communicate the thinking with other designers, product managers, engineers, customer support and salespeople.<br></span></p><ul><li>Lead a team of UI/UX designers to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a variety of websites, web applications and mobile app</li><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, aspirations and behaviors</li><li>Deliver contextual insights that help to frame our strategic opportunities and priorities</li><li>Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, usability research, and customer feedback</li><li>Design the user interface and interaction flow of services and experiences</li><li>Develop customer workflows, journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes</li><li>Addressing product, brand, marketing, content and overall user experience</li><li>Participate in product development planning and review sessions where applicable · Mentor, train and coach junior designers</li></ul> <p></p> </div> </div> <div id="MainContent_pSkill" class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> <p> <span id="MainContent_txtSkill"><br></span></p><ul><li>Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, of Professional Degree in Business / Design / Psychology / Computer Science / HCI / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent</li><li>5+ years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, or visual design (preferably agency or consultancy)</li><li>Proven track record of hands-on user-interface design leadership; demonstrated understanding of user centered design principles Comfortable leading a UX effort independently or working as part of a team</li><li><span>Interactive prototyping · Front end coding – HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/Javascript · Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop</span></li><li><span>Experience in responsive design · User research – focus group, A/B Testing, survey · Data Analytics</span></li></ul> <p></p> </div> </div> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> </div> </div> <hr> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12">   </div> </div></p>
