Job Description

We are an established exhibition and event builder looking for passionate, driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized exhibition and event solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and client engagement to proposal development and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams such as design, production, and operations to ensure each project is delivered according to client expectations, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate is proactive, aggressive in sales, and highly motivated to achieve targets. You should possess a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to think critically to solve problems effectively. Experience in event or exhibition industry is an added advantage, but candidates with strong sales passion and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.


Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (generate leads & secure clients) 
  • Handle client inquiries and provide suitable proposals based on requirements 
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and project briefings with clients 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution 
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery 
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth 
  • Handle any issues or challenges professionally and efficiently

 Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • Experience in sales, preferably in event/exhibition industry (fresh grads encouraged to apply) 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive in sales, and target-driven 
  • Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work independently and in a team 
  • Possess own transport (added advantage)
