Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation for new project bids and contract documentation for successful tender bids.
• Verify material requisition and take-off quantities/site measurements of work done.
• Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure efficient project management.
• Support the Contracts team in monitoring and administering contracts and sub-contract works.
• Aid in the preparation of progress reports recommendation of payments variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
• Facilitate client site representative liaison activities. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving talents required with an emphasis on achieving fair and favorable outcomes.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Must exhibit a meticulous approach to contract administration and a dedication to producing top-notch work.
