Your Mission:

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content for engagement and growth.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute online promotional initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.

Design and Creative Development:

• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and multimedia content for digital campaigns.
• Develop engaging social media visuals, email templates, and infographics.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and project goals.
• Edit and enhance product images and videos for marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to create marketing materials for internal and external use.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: no required in education, as long as have interest in digital marketing and beauty industry is preferred.
• Experience: Fresh graduate are welcome to apply and entry level consider as well. 
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are a plus.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
