Job Description

• Welcome and engage customers, identify their needs, and provide accurate product recommendations. 
• Drive both individual and store sales performance through strong product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and consistent customer follow-up. 
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall store cleanliness. 
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized service and ensuring a premium retail experience. 
• Address customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude. Process POS transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments. 
• Support the fulfilment of online and third-party marketplace orders, ensuring timely and precise processing. 
• Assist in the execution of in-store and online campaigns, promotions, and events. 
• Uphold organization, cleanliness, and safety across retail, warehouse, and inventory areas. 
• Stay aware of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Perform additional operational tasks as required to support daily store activities.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 
• Commitment to a 6-days work week (with additional pay) 
• Prior retail or sales experience is a strong advantage
• Passionate about motorcycling and riding gear is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to relocate.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed 
• Familiarity with Shopify POS system or e-commerce platforms is a bonus
