An exciting opportunity to join as CRM Operation Support in our CRM Enablement Team which oversees Jupiter, our internal Global CRM platform (Salesforce).
The CRM Enablement team covers three core pillars Adoption, Functionality, and User Support responsible for maximizing value for our front office teams and providing a consistent experience for our clients. Jupiter represents a major step forward in Deloitte’s digital transformation journey enabling us to manage, retain, and grow our client relationships, regardless of where our clients or we are in the world.
Jupiter is established in over 60 countries making it one of the largest global Salesforce deployments.
